At Carla Johnson Photography, you can take comfort that your happiness is my top priority. We realize the perfectly posed shot with everyone smiling and looking at the camera are important. Newborn Session
Newborns are so tiny and fragile in those first few days after birth. With the sleepless nights and whirlwind of emotions, this newborn stage will pass by in the blink of an eye. A Newborn session is the perfect way to capture your tiny miracle and cherish as beautiful works of art.
Newborn portraits are best captured in the first 4-14 days, while your baby is still sleeping soundly and curled up in those adorable womblike poses. The first 7 days are optimum. Parents and siblings may be included in images. Sessions may be held In my home studio or in your home where you snuggle up with your newborn where you’re most comfortable.

Personal Branding $300
Whether you own your own business or are working for someone else, YOU are your brand. Personal Branding is more than a classic headshot - it’s all about showing your unique personality and letting your future clients know what you’re all about. Lifestyle Family Sessions
If formal family portraits aren’t your thing, maybe a non-posed is. Lifestyle sessions are about telling your family’s story and capturing your unique connection in your own environment. Whether it be playing at the local park, going to the zoo, blowing bubbles in the backyard, reading a book, baking a batch of cookies or whatever your favorite family activity is, I’ll be there! Put those phones away and be fully present together while I capture those moments for you.
These Sessions last between 2 1/2 -3 hours. Your session may be held in your home or a single location.

Details & Faq
Retainer
All sessions require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your session fee. The remainder is due on or before the day of your session. If the session is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 7 days notice, the retainer can be applied towards a future session within six months.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
I am based in Western Mass and most of my sessions take place within a 30 miles radius. I travel outside of the 30 miles radius for an additional travel fee, which we can discuss at inquiry.
When will my gallery be ready to view? Image Delivery and Printing
Your gallery will be ready in 2-3 weeks. Your images will be delivered in an online gallery where you may select your favorites, download your digital files included with your session and share with family and friends as well as social media. Prints that are included in your session or any additional prints you have ordered will be ready within 2-3 weeks after you have placed your order.
You will receive a print release for your downloaded images included in your session to order prints anywhere, but I can't guarantee the quality. Carla Johnson Photography retains rights to all images and does not provide unedited images for any reason. I may present some images on my website, blog, Facebook, and/or Instagram unless asked not to directly by the client.
What if my kids don't cooperate? How can I make the session go smoothly?
I don't expect kids to “be good” during their session. All kids have a time limit of when they are “done.” We will take breaks and allow them to explore. That is typically when I’m able to capture some genuine smiles and laughter. What you can do is allow your child to be themselves.
Destination Sessions
I am available for travel to capture your family or couples adventure session. Airfare, one night's stay, and car rental fees may apply. Costs can be shared if more than one session is booked (call your friend!) Retainer and travel arrangements will be made at booking.
